AND NONE OF THOSE DUDES HAVE OLYMPIC MEDALS AND WOULD NEVER BE SET ENOUGH UNDER A CHRISTENSON “EVERYBODY EATS OFFENSE” Mikhaylov have. He won in the legendary final in 2012. Edit: Another strong match from Garcia(12/20 - just 2 errors). Trento started with Rychlicki, but he was subbed off.

But Mikhailov won that match as an OH with Muzerskiy taking over at OPP.

Yes, top3 - Isaacson, Firlej, Tavares(Janusz not really impressive so far) but Quinn is the main reason why Ebadipur looks great. Isaacson, Hanes, Garcia, Briggs, McHenry, D’Agostnio - I watch them offem and they made huge progress. I would also add Kobrine and McIntosh to the list of those making progress.

Yes, I mentioned Kobrin earlier. Great play, but I have a bit of an issue with him—he’s a bit “raw,” so I’m afraid there might not be much room for further development.
I’m not following McIntosh. I don’t see him as someone who could play for the national team.
I forgot about Champlin, though, and he’s looking better and better. He was great at serving from the start, and now he’s also improving in attack.
I’d also take into account that Americans tend to play better at the national level than in club competitions, so I’d be fairly optimistic about LA. It’s hard to imagine that at least 2-3 valuable players won’t emerge from this later group, and personally, I believe there’s still a good chance for Rowan, Robinson, and Kelly by 2028.

Berlin won their cup match, with Hanes earning the MVP title after scoring 16 points, including 4 service aces, with a 58% attack efficiency.
But perhaps more importantly, he’s looking significantly better in volleyball basics, like defense and handling free balls.

That is a good outing for him. Hitting .474 getting the volume he does is a good sign. I thought they were going to have a drop off at OPP after Sottola left, but it hasn't really been the case.

I don’t feel like checking, but I think he hasn’t played a single match for Berlin yet without at least one ace and over 50% attack efficiency. Stats are stats, but he also clears a lot of difficult balls.

He actually only has had two matches above 50% efficiency since the Bundesliga started (the first match against Giesen - 51% and the match against Bitterfield-Woflen - 50%).
He should put up big numbers next week against ACH Volley. I am looking forward to their Dec. 3rd match against Warsaw.

I think we might be thinking of two different things. I meant the percentage of attacks successfully completed out of all attempted, so maybe “efficiency” isn’t the right word.

Looks like Solé is practicing with Perugia again.

Isaacson was named MVP after defeating another top team—Lublin, with Leon on their roster. This guy has the potential for a truly great career, and there’s little chance he’ll stay in Częstochowa next season.
I wouldn’t be surprised if Piacenza wanted to bring him in, given the rumors that Ziraat might buy out Brizard’s contract.

I've only seen Lube here and there but every time I watch, I'm more and more impressed with their young setter Boninfante. He's really good in all phases of the game.
So this is my official notice to Gianelli and Sbertoli: your time is ticking.
Porro and Boninfante are coming for LA!
