Boninfante is really improving day by day and impressed me a lot.
Porro is fan's favorite cause he is cute but Boninfante is the only danger for Sbertoli's spot in near future. Noone can take Gianelli's spot tho
It seems Garcia is about to face inevitable end, bench. Kamil came in and played lights out.

Isaacson was named MVP after defeating another top team—Lublin, with Leon on their roster. This guy has the potential for a truly great career, and there’s little chance he’ll stay in Częstochowa next season. I wouldn’t be surprised if Piacenza wanted to bring him in, given the rumors that Ziraat might buy out Brizard’s contract. Brizard to team up with Anderson?

It’s hard to say if Anderson will stay there, considering that Fornal will be joining them.

Berlin 3 - 1 ACH
Knigge 4 kills and 6 blocks, 80% efficiency
Hanes 21 kills and 2 blocks, 36% efficiency
Dagostino 57% and 17% passing… both are match-highs

His efficiency is low, but overall, it’s a very good match.

I don't like to use efficiency for leader attacker in men's volleyball, it's better to use percentage. A guy should be allowed to take more risks cause transition kill possibilities are just too high in men's game.

Exactly, especially since he’s their go-to option for every difficult ball, and he often turns these hopeless situations in their favor.
Visually, many of those errors were just slightly missed attacks aimed with precise direction.

I’m looking at the stats from the French league, and Pasteur is making progress. He went 20/27 in attacks in the last match—wow. I’m looking forward to today’s Champions League game because so far, I’ve only been following Briggs and McHenry in France.

Jordan Ewert holding his own in reception, though the numbers aren't great. He is taking care of it in attack. Came up clutch off the net with a swing deep in the fifth and got a dig that came through the block untouched.
Saint Nazaire just getting a point on the road is pretty big upset since they lost a good number of the roster that won the French Championship last year (and currently have a losing record).

Ma'a tried to dump with it tied at 16 and gets blocked. It gets recycled but leads to a Ewert kill!

Kyle Hobus vs. Zawiercie—that’s what this match looks like. Russell is maintaining his form, also Ensing is playing okay. It’ll be interesting to see if Hobus is just having a one-off performance or if there’s more to it.
I’ll be keeping an eye on him in this Champions League season.

Hobus was a guy who really excited me for his rookie season. He is playing on a team that will surely have league success and had a chance to make some waves against tough competition in the CL. He was a big part of them getting to the group stage of the Champions League. Throughout the first three rounds he quickly worked himself into a starting role, was the leading scorer more than once, and was the match MVP of their last match.
He is scoring 3.95 points per set through the Champions League so far and hitting .328. He was top-10 scoring through the first three rounds.
He is growing into his role as a professional. He is scoring just over 4 points per set and has less than a 30% efficiency in his domestic league. (hitting .274). He got pulled after the second set of the last match, but I assume it was for rest or a slight injury since he is in the lineup today.
