I agree with Coach CMAC, rotate that defense on Clark when she's operating out of system. Hakas keeps reaching for the ball behind her, like it's the plan. But at the same time, left back and right back are crashing in, leaving no one to pick up the 2nd touch... very confusing. Tip coverage should be top of list to work on next week; if they can convert just 20% more of those tips to points, that would make a big difference. 100% agree with you |

Hawaii hit .231 with 49 kills while SD had 41 kills hitting .193. SD had the advantage in blocks, 8-6, while Hawaii had more digs, 50-45.
True freshman, Kennedy Osunsanmi was excellent for her team, going 14-1-28 hitting .464. Madi Allen scooped up 12 digs and and Kristen Erland had 7 blocks to lead everybody.
Caylen had 17 kills hitting .190 while scooping up 11 digs. Stella (10 kills, hitting .286) and Mili (10 kills, hitting .400) were great and helped back up Caylen.
Tali struggled again offensively, but she was the defensive leader with 14 digs and 3 blocks, showing that she can contribute to the team. Victoria Leyva (7 digs, 3 aces) and Tayli (9 digs) helped anchor the passing line and back row defense.
