Oregon definitely has the talent on the pins to compete with the best of teams if they can tune up some connections and serve receive. That's exactly my feeling. I like what I'm seeing from Oregon. They just need to tighten things up. They will miss Pukis, but so would just about anyone.

Oh, and Pitt looks really good, too. That's a part of the result we're seeing on the court as well. I'm glad my team Texas isn't playing Pitt right now. They look really good. They look like a team that returned almost everyone...and there's a very legitimate reason they look like that.

I think that, esp high level recruits, players want to go someplace where they'll play. and if you bring in those senior transfers it, imo, means another year they have to wait. Whereas going somewhere else will give them a better chance to play. But we'll have to see how that plays out in Minnesota. I don't think there's any doubt. But I do not feel like Ulmer was trying to push out Acevado. He just wasn't able to make a compelling enough case for her to stay. To me that's an important distinction. I'm not sure the distinction matters as much to you. Which doesn't make you wrong at all. I get what you're saying too. Of course Ulmer wants to stockpile talent, but talent wants to play.

Two net calls in a row by Oregon leads to a 15-11 lead for Pitt at the TV timeout.

If VVG starts hitting like this consistently Pitt might finally make it past the final four

As much as I hoped I was wrong, Oregon’s looking exactly how I thought they’d look only returning 1 starter + Morris… reverse sweep 🤞??

If VVG starts hitting like this consistently Pitt might finally make it past the final four It'd be a shame to be the 3rd best team in the country once again.

If VVG starts hitting like this consistently Pitt might finally make it past the final four Don't forget, she looked elite against Kentucky at the start of last year too.

I'd like to see what could happen if Oregon wins a set here, but it's tough to see a reverse sweep. Frankly, it's tough for me to see Oregon winning this set. Pitt just looks better.
