Wenaas the only player so far opening week that has shown me they WANT to be NPOY. I wonder what she passed, I think that’s what I’m most impressed with She really held it together even when she was doing Wenaas type of things. |

On my way to Chicago with acute appendicitis and less than 8 hours of sleep in the past 48 hours, watching the fourth set on my phone using airplane wifi. I can confidently say that was $8 not well spent…
but way to go Texas

Yikes - those last few points from Wisconsin were junior college maybe. And sorry - Franklin needs to get her emotions under control because it’s impacting the team. Not a POTY this year (nor last year honestly). ice cold takes for $2000 lmao |

Sarah Franklin is more fabulous than this. Go back to her old weight: the thinner Franklin is not as good as Frank the Tank! Shame on you for mentioning weight. Really not okay. |

The choice between poor setting choices and placement with Swindle or alright setting choices but not be able to utilize our best player with Carlson?😵💫 I feel like not being able to utilize your best player is a sign of poor choices lol Not to mention that location is also a mess 🥴 Is it worth it to have one really pretty set every few points if the next 10 swings are useless tips? She was making the correct choice going to her (good choice) she just isn’t setting her properly |

All technical aspects aside, badgers just seemed to mentally and physically wear out after the first two sets. That has to get better. They did that last match too, right? |

As a gopher fan I would argue she was really good at Minnesota… watching her 2 handed tip and struggle to pass last year was baffling. But I will always Stan her regardless |

I could've swore a poster said that Cook recruited Hord so that she woudn't go to Texas Hord played significant minutes at Nebraska, so I don't buy this narrative. She was unlucky that the Huskers didn't have a setter that could get her the ball consistently. |

Franklin (Wisc) looks to be in the best shape I've seen her in, good for her putting in the work! Wonder if she has the same nutrition plan as Barnes used?
Wenaas still gets roofed too many times, but obviously what she does is working for her and the team.
Smrek did not look good in middle, setting having a tough time connecting, hit that ball right into Texas middle hands, not great.

Imagine if Landfair went to Wisconsin instead where she would've definitely started and made a difference. Instead she is riding the bench at Nebraska though I can't imagine her riding the bench all season.
