And you say I’m weird? Girl. Seriously you should be committed into some type of institution. You give unhinged with every single post you make Just so everyone knows: WahineFan44 has three other handles (one Stanford and one Washington handle) on this website to talk sh¡t on programs, including Texas, and he’s used two of them to agree with himself and like his own comments! WahineFan44, you have until tomorrow at 12:00 p.m. EDT to delete the other three accounts, otherwise receipts will be shared. 😘 What in the Dark Knight, Bruce Wayne you better tell everyone you’re Batman mess is this?

I get what you mean -- there are many times when throwing a ball up to a player like Madi would be way more effective than this speedy flashy style -- yes, to win a natty, you need speed. but it's so frustrating to see them being trained to prioritize speed vs letting an athletic hitter go get it, esp in transition Perhaps striving for USA fast. Use the athleticism. Worked far better for national teams in the Paris Olympics. That’s for sure. Deliver a ball the attacker can hit to kill!

Yeah. It was the same story. Sarah and Julia didn't practice for 3 days and then they come out and do this:
FRANKLIN, SARAH 25 10 69 .217 10 ROBINSON, DEVYN 7 2 19 .263
14 SMREK, ANNA 7 5 23 .087 6 SHADD-CERES, TRINIT 6 6 23 .000 52 BOOTH, CARTER 3 2 15 .067
No doubt The Badgers will become more cohesive and get better, but some of the veterans need to play better right now. There also seems to be a lack mental toughness and grit. If Sheff was unhappy after Louisville, I'll bet he's flat-out pissed off right now. Â
Yeah. But the rest is why they were gassed. Resting actually takes away from endurance, though I think the problem is more mental that anything. As in 2019, they need to find the way to tap into a bit of resilience.

Takeaways: 1. Franklin is still the best in the country just got gassed - she needs help to get the job done against the best teams! 2. Sheffield’s lack of adjustments from set to set lost both matches (maybe because of a lack of bench and Orzol needing more time?) 3. The liberos/defense need WORK 4. Smrek needs to be more terminal or shouldn’t be in the lineup - she has been a liability (would have loved to see Robinson on the right as an adjustment) 5. Charlie is good and will continue to get better just lacks experience. This is being particularly magnified by the caliber of teams Wisconsin has in the beginning of their schedule. She will continue to get better and be a great asset as the season goes on. Not too worried at all about her abilities. 6. Hopefully this first week helps Wisconsin make adjustments and focus on changes that need to be made. Keep Franklin in and keep filling her ego with POTY talk and Texas will keep serving her.

I could've swore a poster said that Cook recruited Hord so that she woudn't go to Texas IMO the bad part of VT is misinformation gets repeated until some believe it. Cook lost ALL FIVE of his middles through graduation, quiting volleyball to concentrate on another sport, transfer, and medical. The only middles were two incoming freshmen, one of whom had only completed her junior year of high school. If you were Cook, do you think you might have been desperate to bring in a high caliber middle who could play?

Texas gets exactly 10 mins to celebrate this win then Skinner needs to put the fear of God into Swindle and Carlson. "Make me have to tip that much again and I will feed you to the Colorado River, they will never find your body. Got it? Good! 😘" This

Hord played significant minutes at Nebraska, so I don't buy this narrative. She was unlucky that the Huskers didn't have a setter that could get her the ball consistently. Hord had some connection issues at Penn State, too. You could make that argument during the covid season, when her total attempts dropped in half, but she was still a perennial .400 percentage hitter at Penn State. She averaged .300 at Nebraska and had 60% of the kills she was averaging at PSU.

True. Stats all true. Just had connection issues in terms of how she scored on the sets she was given. Lots of body manipulation, to Hord’s credit.
