Wonder why we couldn’t squeeze in Illinois v. Marquette to make it a full round robin? Dayton has to play another match Fri and then one on Sat. Then we get to play WKU Sat after they are good and tired from two matches on Fri. Interesting. The WKU venue must be booked on Sun?

It also seems possible to me that either Marquette or Illinois took a pass on playing two in one day. Dayton's playing at one and seven sounds brutal to me. |

Not sure why ILL v Dayton isnt on ESPN + when then game before and after is televised. Maybe because WKU is host and only broadcasting when the host team plays?

My kiddo goes to to WKU and I'll be there visiting this weekend. I'm looking forward to some great matches! This is definitely one of my favorite four-team tournaments in the non-conference (which are becoming more and more scarce). I imagine there will be a few very good games at this tournament. |
