She hasn't played middle since when Hart initially got injured in 2021. m Kelly literally said in an interview earlier this season that Smrek will most likely be a middle professionally. So how do you figure she isn’t suited to play MB? |

I think the last time Anna played Middle was the loss to Maryland. It was either the next match or the next week she was moved to the right pin. |

ya seems like while charlie’s a little shaky tonight the sets to smrek look way better than earlier this season Charlie's shaky in late October is better than her "on target" in late August. |

Anna's not going to be able to hold up in the back row professionally, so it's gotta be middle. But it's going to take some time for her to get there as a middle as well. I expect her to spend a couple years as a situational sub and trying to work on whatever strength training and vision will allow her to get enough lateral movement to hold up as a middle, because offensively as a middle she is going to be lights out.

With all the shuffling at middle, Sheff has NOT played Anna at middle at all this year. That should tell you something. |
