Also, what is Florida going to do about setter next year? Sit one of them? 6-2 and bench Martin in the back? Stucky took all FL references out of her insta page bio. 🤷🏻♀️ Mary Wise losing all these great players to the transfer portal and [edit]LIKELY not being the first female head coach to win a national championship is upsetting. I know she gets a lot of flack on here, but she was a real trailblazer. |

I don't think JE would mind going full SMU. Recruiting Carlson over Swindle following a championship season told me he's no longer interested in developing players. Lol. Ridiculous. We needed a second scholarship-level setter and why the hell would you not recruit the best one you can get? Was JE supposed to go with someone worse? The Texas team is a meritocracy. Which, I assume you're in favor of. Nobody gets given a "reserved" spot to play. Ella was given plenty of chances to compete for the starting 5-1 spot and for whatever reason, Carlson has outplayed her this season. If that doesn't light a fire under Swindle to work and compete harder and improve, then I'm not sure she should be on the team. [For the record, I think she's staying and will come back stronger] Retweet. I’m so sick of the Averi slander, like she was a VERY MUCH needed pickup. Swindle has not been performing great post highschool and jerritt has given her multiple opportunities. I understand if yall say Rutherford wasn’t a need, but thinking Texas didn’t need another quality setter is CRAZY. |

I’m most curious what tournament time looks like for Texas. Seems the chemistry of the team is very off… any big teams looking for a setter next year? You guys should write books with the theories yall make up in your heads, the girl’s chemistry is fine. Texas’s issues were ball control and Swindle’s setting Losing games ≠ chemistry issues, it happens. |
