Nebraska vs Louisville Pitt vs PSU in the semi finals. Got lot of storylines in those games.

Honestly would like to see these two matched up against each other.

Unfortunately I have learned my lesson about counting out a Texas team with Emma Halter and Madi Skinner.

Besides obviously wanting to see Minnesota put together a run in December, I’m torn between wanting the best, most competitive final between top tier teams and wanting chaos and upsets.

Generally - of course. They've shown themselves to be a level above. BUT, in a single elimination tournament, it's just tough to be THAT specifically confident that it will happen. PSU, L'Ville, Wisc, and maybe a few other teams could just have a great night and Pitt and/or Neb is a little thrown off and that's that. The gap, even with the blowouts Pitt and Neb have dealt other top teams, isn't insurmountable. I would absolutely pick Neb and Pitt for the final. But, if it doesn't happen, I wouldn't be shocked. I guess I might be a little if NEITHER team makes the final.

I can only say with confidence that Wisconsin won't be anywhere near The Final. When the reigning NPOY says "we don't have that edge right now" after a Nebraska match, you can bet it's not going to appear any time soon. And yet 72 hours ago the consensus was that Wisconsin was “hands down” the best B1G team. And I can’t see them in any worse a position than Texas was in a year ago after they were swept at Kansas State. No one is going to see their name in the bracket and feel comfortable. If they are not in the Pittsburgh or Nebraska regions, I still believe they will make it to the FF…

About a 20% chance imo (maybe a little less).
I'd bet that one of them not making the final four is more likely than them meeting in the final

I think Penn State, Louisville, Creighton, Texas, Kansas, Purdue, and SMU are all capable of beating Pitt/Nebraska if the stars align. And that list isn’t even exhaustive - there are other capable teams as well (insert line about parity here lol). Once teams are in the tournament the slate is essentially wiped clean and anything can happen. Even with the losses they’re taking now, I would be really scared to play Texas in December. They can become a completely different team in the tournament, especially when hungry for a three-peat, and a lower seed might help them with matchups. It ain’t over ‘till it’s over. Leaving Stanford out is certainly a choice

Leaving Stanford out is certainly a choice They got swept by both lol …. On the road. With three starting freshman hitters who are all improving. Hopefully those reilable Nebraska pins can come through offensively for the first time in a decade or they'll end the season like they usually do 🙏 😀

Hopefully those reliable Stanford pins can keep improving so they'll no longer lose to Miami 🙏 😀. Stanfords really had a proven track record since Plummer graduated!

I’m thinking there could be a dark horse in the final. 🤞
