Alright Merritt, now that your presidential run is over, how about a personal best in this game? Not sure how many kills that would be, but I need more of them!

It is going to be such a long day waiting for this match. I just woke up from my prepatory nap.

NE's lack of experience playing at OR could be factor. This first year B1G expansion creates challenges ( for all teams) not typical of conference matches. A good learning experience win or lose.
GBR!

GBR! Right, Nebraska has never played Oregon in Eugene. And they couldn’t practice last night at the arena because of women’s basketball. At least Oregon has the Taraflex floor this year.

Good thing or their serving accuracy would go down as they'd be blinded by that old floor.

Revenge for that tourney loss indeed. For those who forgot the details, a recap of that 2022 match from the Huskers website: The No. 7 Nebraska volleyball team had its season come to an end with a five-set 25-14, 24-26, 25-22, 30-32, 11-15 loss to No. 9 Oregon in an NCAA regional semifinal at the KFC Yum! Center. The Huskers had 4 match points in the 4th set. Lindsay Krause led Nebraska with 16 kills and added a career-high six blocks. Ally Batenhorst (15 kills) produced double-figure kills, while Batenhorst, Nicklin Hames and Anni Evans each produced double-doubles. Kaitlyn Hord led the Huskers with nine blocks and Lexi Rodriguez led NU with 18 digs. Mimi Colyer led the Ducks (26-5) with 26 kills. i was there, and it's indelibly etched into my psyche Kenzie Knuckles was injured a couple weeks previously, if we had her we might have persevered.

This basketball game is moving really slow, guessing we won’t be able to watch the first set on TV.
