How much does BG make? I imagine it should be high as well. I doubt that it pays any more than that! Brian makes about $125 in salary alone.....other perks sweeten the pot considerably!

LOL- I heard so many people post about a toupee, that I looked closely the last time I saw him at a game. I don't think he really wears one, but I still like to rag on him because I'm a Gaucho fan. ;D

It has been widely reported in the local MN papers that Hebert makes over $100K....I think it was about $115K. They gave him a big boost to lure him away from Illinoise.

plus raises since then at U Minn. He has been there how many years? 8+?
He is doing just fine I would imagine. 6% raise a year from starting at $125K would put him at $200K. That buys a coupla steaks in Minnesota.
less % annual raise? ....extrapolate on down.

My uncle told me when I was a young lassie of eight that the way to make big bucks is to be an entrepreneur and go to business for yourself. Or stock options.
Either way, high risk high return. Of course, you could lose your shirt.
Salaries are not the way to go.

When I was young, I wanted to be a bellboy at that pink Royal Hawaiian Hotel. It was a dream job to me...at the time. Tips and carrying bags for stupid old rich farts from Manhattan or Chicago who are nothing more than fossil specimens.

I thought that was a fish over the eye until the crank was added…very disturbing.

Considering volleyball is a non-revenue sport for the universities and in most cases these title IX sports cost the schools money, coach’s salaries are commensurate with the revenue and in some cases these coach’s are over paid.
I wonder what the bottom line cost is running a program, total value of all the scholarships, all coach’s salaries, travel expenses, maintaining venues, recruiting expenses and all the other tangible and intangible expenses?
