Hawaii's Shoji, Wade, Anderson have been together for some time.

A couple more... Long Beach State - Brian Gimmillaro & Debbie Green. Sorry Beachman, beat you to it! Florida - Mary Wise, Nick Cheronis & to a lesser extent Arlisa Hagen (although she's interviewing at a couple of places). Sorry GatorVball, beat you to it!

LBSU has had other turnover in the recent past though when Chris Gonzalez (sp?) left to be an assistant at Iowa before Cindy took over the Hawkeyes.
Didn't Melissa Ohta go from LBSU to Iowa at the same time?

Yes to both Gorf. Is the question who hasn't had any turnover on their staff? 'cause that'll eliminate most programs.

That seemed to be the intent of the question as far as I understood it based on some of the comments earlier in the thread.
I kinda guess that's my point though, that staff turning over assistant coaches - even their top assistant (associate and co-head) coaches isn't a terrible thing for a program.
It could be a sign that the head coach is either very good at developing their assistants or very good as selecting their assistants so that the names of those assistants get brought up when head coaching positions open.
I think I'd personally rather see the best staff possible in place and take the risk that some of them might be recruited to other programs because of their abilities rather than hire people with less potential and not work as hard to develop their potential.
I'm still a bit boggled by Chris leaving LBSU to take a similar position at Iowa under Rita though. Its an odd coincidence that LBSU hasn't had the same level of success (in the tournament) since he left.

I believe he felt taking an assistant position in the Big Ten was moving up, which it was. However, it didn't work out that well for him or Melissa. Then again, things haven't really been going well for Rita in her recent moves either, so go figure.

Just curious Gopher fans, did Schmidt from Illini Elite red-shirt this past season? I saw she saw limited action. Does Mike have a scholarship available for the 2006 class? She did not redshirt (no one did) and yes they have a scholarship available, although there's some confusion among us fans as to Peniata's status. I'm under the impression they've passed on several prospects hoping to land Hodge, although I don't know that for a fact.

I know he was a grad assistant at LBSU. Was he actually an assistant coach there? Yes. He started as a graduate assistant, but I believe he was a regular assistant before he left for Iowa.
