We will get to see how good OSU is on Wednesday on CSTV. Should be a good one.

Where is this one being played? I wouldn't be surprised if it was an OSU upset. As long as PSU has passing problems, they are a very beatable team. I haven't seen OSU play yet, but they strike me as a veteran team.

"As long as they have passing problems they are very beatable" brybry, how many teams out there does that NOT apply to? The best thing PSU has going for them is the fact that if they do have passing problems, they can still win. They are setting 60% of every ball left, which does not require very good passing. Everyone was concerned about their passing and setting, well you don't have to do either great to get the ball to Fawcett and Hodge, the fact they are doing those things well, is scary. Their passing is gooed enough and Glass has exceeded expectations. Not even the French can save OSU.

Ahoy mateys. The HMS OSU AND RSV PSU were seen plundered by the infamous black whirl. May Davey Jones have mercy on their souls.

I agree that it's scary to opposing teams that they are still winning despite not having the best ball control. But most teams out there do not have one person glaringly weak on serve receive. Maybe I caught her on a bad day, but Hodge looked awful in passing. I still think Kate Price needs to be in there as a hitter. What will PSU do when they have severe passing break downs and they're facing a stronger blocking RS? I do think that PSU can win the title this year, but not w/ poor ball control.

I can tell you Engle is an exceptional rs blocker.

I mean Price in there full-time as a hitter. Engle was not the RS blocker I was refering to. Also, Texas is not a strong blocking team for whatever reason.

I know what you meant, Price played all last weekend as a hitter.

I'm interested to see how Dozier holds up against better competition. I didn't expect her to have as much success as she's had so far. Good for her.
And France.

Keystone, since you are highly informed about PSU, can you tell us about Salyers hand? I am now hearing that she had a cast or brace on during this past weekends matches. I would think that Price or Holloway would/could play opp now. Didn't Holloway play opp after Harmotto went down last season.
