Does anybody out there want to speculate on who the Badgers are recruiting for the 2 remaining scholarships for 2008? Or does anybody have some inside information they would like to share?

I am aware of a 2009 that has Wisconsin high on her list! Not sure about the 2008 recruitment class though.

Any truth to the rumor that Iowa State coach Christy Johnson stole a high level player out of Wisconsin.

Any truth to the rumor that Iowa State coach Christy Johnson stole a high level player out of Wisconsin. Where did that happen (according to the rumor)? It should not be a problem for her (CJ) to sneak in the Filed House during the night and steal something - probably she still has the keys ;D

Let's pay attention, people. If you'd read posts the occasional post that does not contain the word "Bucky" or "Badger" or "cheese" in the header, you'd be more on top of this one.

I actually read all of the posts. However, I am confused as to if this is indeed a canadian, and if it is a 2008 or 2009 recruit. Less questions would be asked if someone just cam out and said, "so and so" a 200? recruit has Wisconsin at the top of her list.
Therefore, is this recruit Tabitha Love a 6'5" OH a 2009 recruit? Please confirm.

Your right Coaches have been informed so I should be more direct and less evasive. It is official, Wisconsin is on Tabitha Love's top 5! There I said it!

As a graduate of Wisconsin I can say my experience at this school was nothing but positive. And to top it off, until I saw the Badgers defeat Purdue in 1990 in a 5 game marathon, which saw the badgers take a 2-0 lead only to see Purdue tie the match at 2-2 and take a 14-6 lead and then to have the Badgers come back and win at 16-14 in game 5, I was never a fan of volleyball. But the energy and the excitment felt in the fieldhouse was infectious and since that day I have not missed a badger home game in 17 years. Badger volleyball is a great experience for any sport enthusiast.

Wisconsin might be a great school and all, but if you want a total volleyball experience, I'd recommend Hawaii. Especially if you want to continue on to play internationally... and we all know that Canada can use all the help it can get there.

What is a "total volleyball experience", pray tell? I kinda think the WAC isn't part of it, whatever it is.

Besides enjoying a great home atmosphere on their island fortress, Hawaii plays no one of any consequence in their conference. They really don't even have an annual rivalry with anyone, like is experienced almost every week in the Big 12, the Big Ten, and the Pac 10. The WAC is more like a peripheral volleyball experience, rather than a total one........

I realize you are just being ornery for the sake of being ornery but this kind of arrogant elitist attitude is so juvenile. I'm sure the Nevada's and New Mexico's and all the other non-top 10 teams of the world really appreciate being told that they are of no consequence. Gee, I don't know why they even bother to play at all.
