lang ping runs a tough practice schedule and some weird practice drills that the women really dont like. they wake up at 6 in the morning for a four hour practice, the first two hours of which involve no balls. then the girls have an hour or two for lunch and then back in the gym for straight reps for a couple hours. and then a competition practice at night. its a nightmarish amount of hours of volleyball with many hours of straight boring drills.

Oh, boo-freakin'-hoo. If your chosen profession is to play volleyball then you need to commit as many hours to it as any professional does in their given field.

This is the Chinese way, Jenny must make time up for all the lack of fundamentals these players have received in past.
Only have club and university coaches to blame.

Well, if they continue to pratice for 2 hrs a day like they do in college, it will be a college team, not the national team... ;D
