In early results it appear tht the only state that has so far switched over from the 2000 results is Delaware.
Potential concern states for Bush would be North Carolina, South Carolina, and Virginia which he won easily and are apparently too close to call at this point early in the results.

In doing a bit more checking Delaware actually went to Gore in 2000 so the televised report I saw earlier saying it had switched to Kerry was erroneous.
So at this point it appears no states have switch parties in the presidential race.
I'm a bit surprised that some of the states have been projected when less that 5% of their precincts have reported.

I'm getting them from the TV networks and from the CSPAN site I linked early.
The last couple of prjections I listed were from ABC, the CSPAN site has been a bit behind them but has been an almost identical match.
Now:
Bush: 209 Kerry: 199
I personally think they're way early on some of the projections, but nonetheless the projections are being made.
Obviously the absentee ballots could easily come into play in some of the battleground states.
Bush is leading in Florida by ~300,000 vote with 92% of the precincts reporting according to the CSPAN site.

The CSPAN map has not given Wash to Kerry and Ark. to Bush yet. I live in AR and I think it is safe to give it to Bush.

I agree, I like the CSPAN map.
I still think some of the projections on even it are too early though.
The projection on ABC backed off 11 votes from Kerry, perhaps they have a typo or something.
Bush: 210 Kerry: 188
