All your arguments are so LAME..whats next? Blame Bush?
lets start with..
MG ...Christan love and peace example? Where is written in any Christan Bible about killing Babies is peaceful and filled with LOVE?
More on this later..
O and Under wants to torture him...
I say trial ,convict and execute under the existing law. something NONE of you seem to reason.
Again Christians are SINGLED OUT FOR PUNISHMENT.. AGAIN as in ROMAN TIMES..or as JEWS were in GERMANY. last TIME anybody checked have MUSLIMS been rounded up and tortured for NO JUST CAUSE?
NO..
Snowman wrote.."he's old..how many more abortions was he going to do?
Doesn't matter ..he killed and hid behind a liberal court ...justice for this crime has no limits on time..we prosecuted many MURDEROUS criminals years after the fact.
R writes..stupidly as usual, about people doing whatever they think is right and brings up DICKY.
So being the SUPERIOR intellect I am..
Can any one name any cause that was originally legal and was changed by VIOLENT disregard of the law AT THAT TIME.
Can we say civil rights...
Can we say UNION LABOR MOVEMENT in the 30-50s?
Can we taxation without representation ..as in our violent overthrow of ENGLISH LAW .
CAN we use LIBERALS..
and the gay rights movement..tree huggers and their tactics..anti whaling ..anti nuclear..anti FUR...anti war...anti gun...anti conservative talk radio..
In fact I would say LIBERALS use violence MORE and cost the government more in money spend guarding their free speech.
You didn't blast them for religious beliefs.. liberal views.
30 years from now this murder may be seen as the start of the end of LATE TERM abortion as we know it.
but don't dump all conservatives..all anti abortionist into one ship.
Just as we conservatives are asked not to place gays, people of color..illegal MEXICANS ..into that same ship.
Judge the case on its merits...
at least you didn't bring up the KKK ..
yet.

so what ? the guy that did the killing probably has family.
imagine FOR A MOMENT YOU ARE BEFORE THE LAWYERS BEING QUESTIONED FOR THE JURY POOL.
They ARE GOING TO ASK QUESTIONS LIKE..
1. Do you believe abortion is murder?
2. Do you believe that Killing is justified under any circumstances..?
3. Do you believe that someone can break the law if they believe they are morally right? BOTH GODS LAW and CIVIL LAW?
4. Do you think all Christians are criminals?
5. Do you believe all white people are criminals.
5. Do you think Christianity is BAD?
#6 DO YOU BELIEVE IN GOD ?
7. When is a baby alive ?
8. Is abortion on demand ever justified if not endangering the woman?
9. Is breaking a law ever justified?
10. Do you believe a persons background is better than his or hers FUTURE deeds...does his or hers life stories justify any actions?
most of you wouldn't make the jury pool based upon your opinions here.

Maybe if you offered him a paper bag along with that proposition you might elicit a different response next time? Perhaps. What size is your head so I know what size paper bag to get for you to use? Why you dragging me in on this? This was solely between you and the dude who refused your offer of free nookie. I was only suggesting that a paper bag over your face would improve your chances with the next guy.

"Happy shall they be who take your [Babylonian] little ones, and dash them against the rock." Best to leave the Bible out of any sane debate... (The story of Jericho (Joshua 6) is another pleasant example.)

I'm going to let Bill's comment about the Civil Rights Movement being violent pass, but geez.
Gabriel Winant at Salon re Bill O'Reilly:
This is where it gets most troubling. O’Reilly’s language describing Tiller, and accusing the state and its elites of complicity in his actions, could become extremely vivid. On June 12, 2007, he said, “Yes, I think we all know what this is. And if the state of Kansas doesn’t stop this man, then anybody who prevents that from happening has blood on their hands as the governor does right now, Governor Sebelius.”
Three days later, he added, “No question Dr. Tiller has blood on his hands. But now so does Governor Sebelius. She is not fit to serve. Nor is any Kansas politician who supports Tiller’s business of destruction. I wouldn’t want to be these people if there is a Judgment Day. I just — you know … Kansas is a great state, but this is a disgrace upon everyone who lives in Kansas. Is it not?“
Seems like someone else has blood on his hands today...

I would never equate Cheney to Hitler, but it's part of the same hubris. People who think laws do not apply to them, that the ends justify the means. It's a God complex.
This is also where Bill's logic, such as it is, is flawed. Civil disobedience is not the same thing. For him to equate civil rights protests or peace marches with murder is just, well, just stupid.

It always goes back to the same thing: People who are so sure they know what is right also think they have the right to do anything they want for their cause. Dick Cheney? Are you listening? Why would he start (listening) now?

goGopherBill has certainly influenced my opinion of the University of Minnesota. Can you imagine young women wishing to be Gophers if he/she represents a substantial portion of the "Gopher Nation."

I was only suggesting that a paper bag over your face would improve your chances with the next guy. First off, who said it was a free offer? Second off, I didn't drag you into anything, you came willingly like all of my obsessed fans do. And finally, I should refrain from ever considering offering you some "nookie" since, I like guys that don't shoot blanks. And now to abort this thread, since I am POSITIVE you'll try your luck with me yet again.

I simply gave a suggestion to help you out with your man problem.

mmm I'll be the BAD GUY. AGAIN... DEBATE THIS WITHOUT CALLING ME OR ANYBODY LIKE ME A NAME AND USE HISTORY. THE GOOD DOC GOT WHAT WAS COMING. A MURDEROUS SCUM BAG WHO KILLS BABIES. Why not? I know you have a thin skin, so realize I'm not attacking you here ;D You just used the EXACT rational that every terrorist uses. Islamic, Basque, IRA, they all use this to say that what they are doing is a good thing. Just as you (or the people who are saying this if you aren't) they believe this kind of action is justified for reasons that should be obvious to everyone. Later on you suggest (correctly in my mind) that the murderer of the doctor, shouldn't be tortured, etc. that he should be tried within the established justice system. When you combine the two posts, it appears to be selective application of morals. If you really believe murder is wrong, then this is nothing to be celebrated/justified, and the above post does at least one of these things. If you believe murder can be held in esteem if it is justified by your belief system, there are some words for that: zelot, extremist. If they act on this belief they could be a terrorist. For the purposes of my post I'm using the Merriam-Webster's definition of murder: 1: the crime of unlawfully killing a person especially with malice aforethought.
