Shocker in Poland
In the finals of the Polish Cup, Tauron MKS Dabrowa upset Atom Sopot 3-1 (20-25,25-18,25-20,26-24) to take the Cup.
With the win, Dabrowa earns a spot in next year's Champions League competition.

I have yet to see either team play. There seems to be no video online. Live is hard to find and replays are non-exsistant. Anyone?

You are right..... Harmatto had a HUGE match! It isn't that often that the middle blocker is the top scorer for a team.
Lloyd is really racking up the blocks this season. She is proving to be every bit the blocker that A. Glass is.... and maybe even a stronger server. I really hope Lloyd gets a chance to see how she can do with the national team this summer. It may be a long shot, but I think should could give Glass and Spicer a run for their money to land that back up slot for London.

Is it me or is Modena underperforming big time? All that talent...

Dang I missed it. How did Larson and Akinradewo look? Krasnodar was bad. Their starting setter Startseva is still injured. And the reception was so bad that they can't get Akinradewo involved. Larson and Kazan are playing well. Rollin now in the Russian Superleague. Is it me or is Modena underperforming big time? All that talent... They're playing better now with Maja Ognjenovic than earlier in the season. Their coach Cuccarini makes weird lineup decisions though. Part of the problem is that Barazza and Rinieri are out of form. They have Paggi and Partenio in the bench but they don't get playing time. Harmotto was great in the Italian Cup Final Four. Barboza played well and hit well in the semis, was inconsistent in the 3rd-4th place match. Played great defense though. The biggest factor may be Aguero. Still a good player but not the attacker she once was. And Modena needs her to be a go-to hitter.

I wouldn't even consider Lloyd fourth in line behind Berg, Spicer, & Glass. I hope Spicer surpasses Glass come London, but I doubt it's going to happen.
