This is what I should have done earlier with the NIRSA NATIONAL thread, so now there are two. Sorry folks.

I would like to say that I know who's going to win (because I do) but with my bad luck at choosing an NCAA hoops champ I am reluctant to voice it. ...and Will put Indiana on that list, here's your chance to go into the tourney as favorites, I know you guys were just pulling a rope-a-dope waiting to go to Ali's hometown before knocking the competition out.

Does it go against conventional wisdom to choose Illinois? Perhaps. But I am going to anyway.
Some here may be excited for the finals on Saturday night. Not me, I am ready for Illinois vs. Team X in the semis.

Yes, the Field equals anyone outside of those 6 teams. Jason that includes Indiana!!!!! HAHA so we are up there!! Yeah I doubt we have been pulling the rope a dope, maybe a fake ass version of it where WE get knocked out.

UCF will lose early in power pools because of being to cocky and Illinois will win because they will have Deeke back and have better all around talent with a solid bench which showed with jeffries going down and still winning MIVA's. UCF if they lose one person to injury they are out of the running for the championship

the one thing i question with UCF is their ability to play with a target on their back. they have never been in this position before. it's a lot eastier to be the hunter than the hunted. there's no question about their talent though...

Naw dawg, there isnt much over confidence, arrogance, cockiness, etc on UCF. Cool dudes actually, however that target is pretty hot, as in it burns and its tough to play with it on your back. Its tough taking everybody's best shot every match. But cocky? , naw. And I should make people justify those "field" votes, cause who the hell else can win it, maybe Cal, maybe Davis, Utah Valley. I didnt expect the field to get so many votes.

I didnt expect the field to get so many votes. Six of 'em right now. It's gotta be three for Indiana and three for Marquette, based on board chatter. And how does Lakeland get votes for #1 when they cannot beat Illinois? What are they putting in the water up there??? ("hops")
