I would like to commend Nicole Davis for making some great digs past 20-20 in the one and half games that I saw on NBC last night. That said, I say we win in 3 if we can PICK UP THE TIP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Foluke really needs to stay down on defense.

We just need to be mentally tough through out the match and that is it. Go USA!

I'm with jasonr. Brazil histrionics start long before the match score is 3-0. However it will reach it's crescendo at 25-19 match point to USA.
Davis has made up for subpar performance in the early matches and will be a key early on tomorrow.
Would be nice to see a dominating match by Tom. Not saying she hasn't been strong, just would like to see her in holy terror mode one last time in the Olympics.

I want to see them be entirely consistent and not step off the gas pedal.

Rats, I see this is on NBC prime time again. Here's hoping the men's diving is a snooze and there aren't too many Americans involved in track finals so we can actually see this match.

In the semis between Japan and Brazil, Japan didn't exposed Brazil's top weakness... Service reception despite being the #1 team in statistics in terms of services. Their serves were either lollipop serves or into the net. It allowed Dani Lins to set a very fine match.
I expect this to change in tomorrow's match. USA should put pressure to Jacqueline and Garay... Both players tend to have streaks of bad passes making them very vulnerable. Even Fabi the libero is also inconsistent.
Go USA! Its payback time!
Logan Tom, Brazil made you cry 4 years ago. Its time for some revenge!

In prime time, we've gone from seeing 3/4's of a set to 1 1/4 sets, or around 25% to 40% of the matches. Are they going to deign to show us MORE THAN HALF of the gold medal match? ?? Something tells me...

Gopher Booster club is hosting a viewing party at Joe Senser's in Roseville.
The place is going to put the live stream on at least one of their TVs.

Hopefully, they will stream the match and not cut us out. It'll be online and on the app....the only problem I've had the entire Olympics was that 4th set of the men's match v. Brazil that they stopped streaming because they were going to show it live...every other Gold Medal event that they were airing at prime time I've been able to stream through NBC.

WTF - it's the weekend, most people are off & home - NBC needs to show this LIVE. This is history for the USA Women's program!

Don't forget that if you livestream it from the NBC site, connecting an HDMI cable to the TV works out very well.
