My analysis of the second tier of seeds (seeds 5-8) produced the following #5 Oregon, #6 USC, #7 Minnesota, #8 UCLA
This is based on the Committee's decision to include Texas in the first tier of seeds instead of Oregon. It's based on a pool of candidates determined by an average of RPI/Pablo/AVCA. In addition to the teams left over from the first pool (Louisville, UCLA, Oregon, USC), the next candidates based on the average of those 3 measurements (as nearly as I can tell) were Washington, Minnesota, BYU and Florida.
