K5 will Televise the MPSF Semi match between the Warriors and Cougars this Thursday at 2pm Hawai'i time. If you have to take off from work, now's a good time to start thinking up excuses.

I cannot take off of work, so I am *hoping* K5 will rebroadcast it later in the evening. One thing is for sure though, if I do get to watch this match on K5, this will probably be the first time I've seen a volleyball match at Pepperdine for either men's and women's volleyball.

They'll probably show the match again at 9 or so. Go home, kick your feet up, and enjoy the match .

Either that or start hanging around some sick people. I am SO gonna be watching this match! I hope to be tuning in from a big UH party supporting UH! K-5 ROCKS! Scott, I'll also be tuning into your broadcast, as I love your style and your passion for this team. V, perhaps you should also turn the radio on and listen in, then watch it later that night on a re-broadcast, or tape it! Is there a place in Honolulu that anybody here goes to watch the match? Maybe someone with, oh, say, a good appetizer and drink list? Murphy's comes to mind (I've heard their ads so many times supporting UH wahine volleyball, that I feel like I've known the place for years!). I can't wait to be hootin' and hollerin' for UH for this match!

Will they televise both matches?
I would love to see the Pepp-UCI match.
I read that whoever wins the BYU-UH match would at least give that team the at large. But what if UCI wins it all? Wouldnt Pepp get the at large?
Another thought, didnt Pepp have like a 17-18 game win streak heading into the final match w/Hawaii? Well Hawaii has a 14 game win streak, if they win the MPSF and the semifinals in the final four they would have a 17 game win streak and face Pepp in the final match.

Pep will get the at large if they don't win the MPSF. If they win the tournament, whoever wins the UH-BYU match will get the at large.

IB, there are a couple of places very close to the University of Hawai'i where you could hang and enjoy the game and a beer.... Players, Eastside Grill, Magoos. As for me, I'll probably be Watching the game from Club Sundance , nah I'll be in Haleiwa. I might have to tape the game and watch it at night. Murphy's is good too, but it's in downtown Honolulu. If you do happen to enjoy the game at Murphy's, try not to wander near Merchant and Bethel streets late at night. I'm sure Dave and Busters will be showing the game too. I don't know if K5 will carry the Pepperdine/ UCI match. In the past K5 only televised Hawai'i matches.

Didn't you get into trouble with your wife (girlfriend?) for being on this forum too much? She might not appreciate you going to places like that to watch volleyball. Of course, the true volleyball fans can go to places like that and end up watching the game over the girls. ;D

Magoos in Pucks Alley has the cheapest pitchers so they are usually pretty crowded. Don't know if they will be playing the game though. If not Eastside Grill would be a close place to go. It's right by UH so there will probably be people there.
