the Northern Lights setter is Bri Orr, but then everyone is after her and talk is Minnesota is her first choice. Didn't she commit to Wisconsin months ago? Nebraska has a setter from Ohio committed. Name of said setter? |

Saw her play several times as a freshman when she was still playing libero. What a remember most was she didn't carry herself as a freshman on the court. Even playing with the Rolfzens, Kelly Hunter and the rest of the star studded lineup, she definitely seemed to know that she belonged on the court as much as anyone else. This isn't terribly surprising given that her mom was an outstanding head coach at Bellevue West and she has a couple cousins who played college volleyball. She'll be a stud and a leader on the court wherever she goes. It'll be a good get for NE if she comes here but I'm pretty sure she's going to have other high quality options. Just saw on a Husker board that Leagrand has committed to USC. Club doesn't show it! Maybe I missed it someplace! www.nebraskaprepvolleyball.com/ under recruiting click on committments! Sydney Hilley, the Wisconsin commit, plays for MN Select (the former club of Katherine Harms, Karlie Hauer, etc). Brie Orr is with Northern Lights. Minnesota arguably has 2 of the top 5 setters in the country in 2017, so I could see how it would be confusing. |

I'd be interested to know who some new recruits will be. I haven't heard of Orr, i will scope it out. Thanks for all the info. She's really talented. Minnesota would be really lucky to get her. |

He said it to clarify because people thought that Orr, who is considering NE, was going to WI. Not the case. We got the other hotshot MN setter. Orr is still up for grabs. |
