Really?? It’s Nebraska. Huge budget and NIL money. Tradition. One of the best programs year in and year out. Jaylen is an amazing recruiter and I am sure the others do well. But the amazing thing would be if they ever stopped getting top recruits. Congrats on the middle from Texas. She will be a good one. It's a hard sell to get top recruits to come and sit for an entire season or two behind other top recruits. When you've got an entire bench that would be starting at many other top 20 programs, that's a big risk for any recruit. not as hard as you think. Texas and Nebraska get whoever they want. Unless they are going for the same player in which only 1 school wins.

Winter isn’t necessarily a negative. It’s when the bugs die… Winter can also be fun!

I think what makes Nebraska’s recruiting particularly impressive is that you start with a base population of less than 2 million. Compared to 30 million for Texas. You can’t just keep the best players from your own state. And NE has winter. On the other hand, TX has summer, really hot summers. I was stationed at Ft. Hood for many years. TX has two seasons: summer, and not quite summer.

Anyone know who’s at dream team camp this weekend? 2027 MN Select setter Ellery DeBoer was there. She took a picture with Tessa Larkin (2027 AZ Storm OH) and Malorie Boesiger (2027 NE One setter).

Seems like a lot of attendees, is this more than usual or just the typical amount?
