That is rough considering, I believe, both her sons are still in school at Notre Dame. I hope she negotiated for tuition remission to continue in her buyout!

But an added $120k tuition bill when you've just been fired from a job you've had for 24 years just adds insult to injury.

This is certainly the kind of job that will cause multiple dominoes to fall. It is a great loss, even if it is temporarily for the profession.
