IMO in a 5-1, I would like to see Agost and Vander Weide at the OH position. But I know that shebby is good too... There's a lot of talent on the Oregon roster

I feel like Shebby is going to have to be more of a team player next year if she is going to stay on the court more. It seemed like she didn't really join the team huddle after points and was off by herself.
She is a fantastic player and I hope she does well, but I would like to see her be more engaged with her teammates.

She didn't always have the best body language, but that was more related to her own mistakes, and she wasn't negative toward her teammates. You can criticize someone's play, but it's a personal attack to call someone not a team player, and that is totally unwarranted, especially since I doubt you've spoken to her or anyone on the team.

Didn't you know? Everyone on Volleytalk is a doctor, body language expert, and/or psychologist.

I guess I misspoke. Maybe I should replace "team player" with leader. She didn't always have the best body language but I never said that she was negative towards her teammates. She is a good player and the team will benefit from her experience in the Pac 12. I did not mean to offend anyone.

With the lefty OPP from storm coming in 2016, would it make more sense to keep Stone in the middle? I was very impressed with her in that position at World's.

Why is it assumed that Stone wouldn't be in the middle? She's a dominant slide attacker and not nearly as lethal off of two feet. I'm not sure why all the chatter about her moving left keeps coming up. Ducks are going to be super deep on the pins and I imagine Moore would want her doing what she does best, and that's play middle.

Apparently Bettendorf sat out of the alumni match with an injury, anyone know if its serious? Tweaked her ankle; sitting out was merely precautionary and she said she was fine when asked about it earlier in the week. Didn't have any visible braces/taping and seemed to walk fine. Shebby (who was subbing in at opp) left the match early with a leg issue but she was standing on the bench smiling after getting seen to, so I don't think it's too serious. They've got a lot of matches coming up in a short period and are being very conservative.

So any predictions for line ups with the scrimmage and the alumni match?

Just curious but will Oregon run a 6-2 with the arrival of Ronika Stone in 2016? They have a lot of good hitters for a 6-2

There's 2 other really good hitters coming in, and a great utility player as well, not just Stone. I imagine they're focusing more on 2015 at this point and seeing how this season unfolds.
I don't think Moore is too favorably inclined toward the 6-2 at the moment.
