Supposedly Iona has hired and if what I was told is true, they did hire an Academy coach, but no it was not the Dowling coach. My guess would be there coach who coaches at Adelphi. |

Quite a varied coaching resume. Different schools, levels, conferences etc. Don't know a lot about him but hope he does well. Interesting he was a trainer in the Tigers organization....always a plus to have that background when coaching. Any bets on how long he will be at Xavier? |

He has the greatest story about driving the team home from spring tournament while coaching at Oakland. |

I didn't think his singing career had sunken that low. He can at least live off of his wife. |

Has an overall losing record at his former school, although a winning conference record. He must be really tight with the AD at Iona who is also the owner of The Island Volleyball Academy where he currently coaches club. He must interview really well. |
