USA's passing in the 3rd set improved a lot and Christenson just relentlessly set Holt and Lee. Priddy is still fun to watch. Superior passer and what a crafty hitter. Flashbacks of Beijing 2008.

Yet statistics say Sander is the best receiver in the Olympics. I will go side with statistics and Speraw in knowing who is the player that should be on the court. That's because everyone's been targeting Russell as they should have. If Priddy had been playing instead of Russell Sander's numbers would've gone way down. Sander's a volleybro, that's obvious, he'll never have ball control intelligence of a Murilo, Priddy, or Tetyukhin. So your defense is that Sander hasn't passed enough balls? He's been stepping in to take balls in front of Russell. We aren't talking number of shanks or perfect passes--percentages don't lie, and the N is high enough on Sander's passes to be a good measure of his play. He is the best passer in the tournament. Not Shoji. Not your beloved Sergio. Sander.

Priddy must be hitting around 700 right now.

Forgot the name of that player from Poland but he has a very good topspin serve. USA was having problems whenever he was serving.

Switching between wrestling and volleyball. Been watching Kyle Snyder's matches in the 97 kg class. He's about to begin his semifinal.
