So your defense is that Sander hasn't passed enough balls? He's been stepping in to take balls in front of Russell. We aren't talking number of shanks or perfect passes--percentages don't lie, and the N is high enough on Sander's passes to be a good measure of his play. He is the best passer in the tournament. Not Shoji. Not your beloved Sergio. Sander. The float servers all went to Russell. With Priddy in, Sander's numbers would've plummeted. Completely unprovable, and does a huge disservice to what he's done in this tournament. By the same argument, Sergio's numbers are all a result of the passing of his outside hitters and Murilo the rest of the season. Every libero's numbers are inflated. Is that what you're going with? |
