Silly me. I stayed off VT so I could watch it live--or at least parts of it.
The thing that kills me is that the beach games they've shown (IN THEIR ENTIRETY) are taped! They could have shown them any time!
Really nice to see this win. Let's hope we can see some of the Brazil match...

I'm just curious at the scores - is there any way Cuba could have thrown the match to get a better seed or something like that? I know we crushed them 3-0 at the Grand Prix in August, but it just seems so unlike the Cubans to get sweeped, especially the way our ladies have been playing recently. Of course, maybe they have finally woken up and are ready to play, which means the Brazilians will not have an easy match-up come their quarterfinal match.

I just remember seeing on cnbc, on their ticker thing that they were going to show it at 230 pm eastern. which is in about 10 minutes. lets hope they show at least the last two games!
