Who's Gloria Alfred!? Is she any good? I still say Donny ☀️ Wants a Walshless tour. He will lose this case, pay her the money owed to her and ban her from competing on the AVP. Kerri will turn around and file for duel citizenship with Brazil & play on their domestic tour (which is a legit tour) Your heard it here first!

What until you can see the AVP side of the contract. There could be language that stipulated certain covenants they may feel Kerri breached. One thing is for sure, DS has more experience with contracts, disputes and lawyers than she can ever pay for or split settlements with. Let's hope for a resolution soon. The business side of the sport is weak and if this is subterfuge to hurt the AVP on behalf of a half baked plan to compete, the lawsuit roles could quickly flip on her and she might be defended herself soon. On the surface there seems to be a potential conflict of interests in her camp, jmho. Contract was included with the complaint and on the surface at least is very straightforward. eager to see what the AVP files in a couple weeks - Answer is usually dye in 30 days, can be delayed though

Not sure why Greenpier thinks it's funny to keep bringing up Gloria Allred. The VBmag article clearly states that her attorney is Alan Jay Weil.

Rainmaker... You are not the 1st to say that this could be a PR nightmare for both Walsh & the AVP. I guess my thinking is if Kerri has a legitimate case against the AVP and has attempted to get the AVP to pay up for awhile now but they are flat out refusing then not sure what other choice she had. We are talking 150k here. That is major dough when you are talking about a persons livlihood & career. Others on other Social media sites are saying that they did not pay her because of the Chicago boycott. She was owed that money before Chicago, so that should really throw that theory out the window. Although refusing to pay NOW may have something to do with the Boycott. As far as the players not having a signed contract in place with 3 weeks before HB would also be a definite concern. Can someone please explain the AVP player contract process. Is the general player contract the same for every player across the board? And what is in the contract now that have some players unwilling to sign it?

Any brand went in the tank with the " celebrity wife swap " gig they did, imho.
Many potential future sponsors for AVP or pro beach athletes just got spooked by this move.
Those athletes jumping in line behind the union/association movement are being blindsided by the misconception that the AVP is their enemy.
Does anyone remember that KW was one of the players that didn't want to go along with the potential Shamrock deal which lead to the last AVP collapse ?

This just in---April is definitely playing in Huntington Beach. She told a friend of mine in MB today that she is looking at a couple of potential partners for the AVP tourneys. That KW is not playing on the AVP this year at all...
