Kali Eaken is now at Wichita State along with Putnicki Is she from PSU as well? What position? Kali was a top 30 senior aces out of HS from the Kansas City area that has spent most of her career at Kansas State and transferred to Louisville last year. Has played very little at both places. Hopefully this one works out - certainly has talent.

Former Florida setter Cheyenne Huskey is enrolled at Texas State but is not on the current 2018 roster (of 20). Insider source, she will be on the Texas State team this coming season. I will have been fed lies should she not. per her instagram she is at Texas State @freak

Transfer from Oregon State Cincinnati? Interesting. She was an early commit to OSU - (at least by her sophomore year) - played a bit in 5 matches at OSU as a freshman, then transferred to Cincinnati this time last year. Doesn’t look like she actually played for Cincinnati, as she is not on the Cincinnati 2017 roster or stats. Now transferring to Texas. She is from Plano, Texas, so that makes sense from a geographical perspective. (She had an unusual prep career...she played for 3 different high school teams in 2 states...had to lobby twice for eligibility.)

Good kid...parents moved twice during high school so couldn’t really get established for all the high prep awards, but a good, athletic player. She played on top club teams in CA and TX. Played some beach too from what I’ve read.

Played some beach too from what I’ve read. She couldn't crack the lineup on a 2016 Oregon State team that finished 12-19 overall and 5-15 in the conference. Is that the type of player you expect to be a difference maker for a team like Texas?

Freshman don’t crack lineups for a variety of reasons. All I said was she seemed like a good kid. She has a YouTube interview online and I remembered her from club. Calm down, if you read other threads it says she’s a student at UT, not playing volleyball.
