ridiculous, any 16 year old touching ten feet is good enough. Tiff has clearly improved in the past two years and is probably touching 2/3 inches higher now. Plummer at 6’6 was touching 10’3 her freshman year at stanford lol Those inflated 10’9/10’10 touches are not always needed to succeed at a high level in college.

Lets be real the ugly truth has finally been revealed. Wagoner can't terminate. Passing might be her greatest asset but i see her as another Granato until proven. Igiede has no highlights of her blocking, she can't hit behind the setter yet she says she wants to play RS. AND i still hate her footwork Hellvig is an unknown, apparently Sweden is in one of the bottom tier of the U18 championships standings so not good. Is Akana even a legit 5'11. She is athletic but I don't see her starting for her entire career. Playing opp dont think at 5'11 will shut down the best opposing attacker or does playing in the middle when she doesn't have the hops as Kaufman. Westerberg touch of 10'0 is really ugly... But we haven't seen any of them play a game with UH yet... It is highly unlikely that any of these recruits we are getting are going to be 4-time All-Americans, but this is RAMS's first recruiting class, and she may have recruited players who are raw, but they all have the potential to be good. Also, just in my opinion, comparing the recruiting from the last two years: Hellvig, Wagoner, Westerberg, Igiede, Akana > Williams, Howlings, Lipscomb, Castaneda, Krug No hate towards any of the players from the previous two recruiting classes because Williams and Krug definitely contributed to the team this year, but I like this recruiting class better than the past two years...

I didn't say they will be AA's, thats crazy talk i'd be stoked if more than one from this class ends up being one by the time they graduate. Jeff Hall was a terrible recruiter... RAMS better play Williams from the start or i question if she really wants to win.

I'm not sure where people are getting this "Westerberg only touches 10ft" stuff from. I've been trying to research this and the only thing I can find is an article from the Maple Ridge-Pitt Meadows News from Dec. 13, 2017 (over a year ago). In that article it states she touches 10'2" and that was a year ago. If you look at her recent videos she gets up there. Definitely over 10'2"....

Now Plummer is different that girl can basically play every position and become an AA, shes that special.

So I went back and looked at my daughter's recruiting stuff from when she was a junior to her senior year and she gained 4" on her 3-step approach that year. When she started club her junior year her 3-step approach was 106" and when she started club her senior year her 3-step approach was 110". Not sure if that is typical but I would guess that if Westerbergs junior year she was at 10'2" she would gain at least a couple of inches by her senior year...

Who here is willing to put your money where your mouth is I will make the bet that the recruits show you what they can do.
I may be small but I have heart to win any fight.

Don't care what anyone has to say. Westerberg will be the breakout freshman in this class for Hawaii!

I'm only providing a link to what's already on the internet. I have no idea how accurate the information might be. The page lists her as 17 years old. The embedded video lists her as in a 16U league, but only block touching at 9'1" with a standing reach of 8'0", so the 9'7" number on the web page would be an improvement. Hopefully, she has continued to improve. www.ncsasports.org/womens-volleyball-recruiting/british-columbia/maple-ridge/maple-ridge-secondary-school/tiffany-westerberg
