I can't remember how soon before the "official" announcement the leak came the last two years. The leaker had better post pretty soon however, if they want to beat the clock.

I never thought that finding out that your team is matched up against another Top 25 team in the first round was anti-climatic. (I did have some other words for it however. )

They change commitee members every so often - I know the ACC just change committee members this season from Clemson to Georgia Tech
