We did, too--does anyone know of an accurate seating chart for the Pav? Our tickets are on the opposite side of where our season tickets are and I'm trying to get an idea of how far back they are from the court, but all of the seating charts I've found just show blocks for the various sections, without showing where the rows are, or where the seat numbers start. Our tickets for the subregional are in Sec. 103, row 21---any idea on how many rows there are are in Sec. 3 or 4 (the sections in front of us)? This is where I don't like the new procedure for ticketing, where we don't have any choice in our tickets. Our season tickets are in the bench seats on the opposite side of the court, pretty much mid-court, row 7. In the past, when we were given a timeframe (based on our rather anemic Gopher score) to buy tickets, we were always able to get tickets on that side of the court, but perhaps several row behind our season tickets. Now, someone else is determining what the "best available" tickets are, but I don't think our opinions on that concur! We have friends with season tickets near us, who bought their tickets after us and who have a lower "Gopher score" than us, and they have tickets very close to where our season tickets are--and I would much prefer to be over there! Anyway, I don't like the new procedure---but I guess these are what are known as "1st World Problems", and ultimately, I just want our Gophers to acquit themselves well in the tournament! I think it’s 18 in the chair backs. Our season tix are in 104, row 26 and I’ve made a mental note to avoid the first row after chair back seating should we ever get to move up. The last row of chair back and first row of benches are on the same level with zero leg room for the benches. And a railing to obscure your view if your short. Aren't those seats marked obscured view?

Got my tickets. The bad news is I’m not in the front row where my season tickets are, but I expected that since that was a student section last year. The good news is I’m closer to the center of the court, albeit 18 rows up.

Personally, I'll sit wherever they give me a seat. I'd volunteer to suffer through any discomfort if the Gophers would just get super hot and win a nat'l championship. Aren't we all sick of Penn State and Nebraska?

I had similar luck to some - went from section 109 row 9 to section 103 row 20 something. I hope it’s not too far under the overhang, if at all

There's been a lot of NCAA draw/seed/bids fretting on VT - naturally (I'm talking about all teams generally, not singling out MN). I'm completely fine with MN's draw and their seed. everyone talks about the "best" or "easiest" early rounds or regional or potential elite 8 opponent. But, you're gonna have to beat someone really good eventually. Yeah, a draw can make a difference in result, but I don't care. Go out, do your best. I don't think being in Texas' region is bad at all even though TX swept MN earlier in the season. Go out and prove things have changed - invite the challenge. Creighton, Florida, bring it on.

Aren't we all sick of Penn State and Nebraska? How can you forget Stanford? 2016, 2018, and betting favorite for 2019.

Thanks for the info, curiouskg --and I hope that being in Row 21 will be far enough back to avoid the cramped row behind the chair backs! B1Gminnesotafan--you have also given me hope that these seats won't be too bad! At least we won't have the up-ref sometimes blocking close plays at the net, like we do in our season ticket seats!

You should be fine. The only thing I don’t like about our seats in row 26 is that I can’t see the video monitor. In row 21, you should have a clear view.

I find PSU & Nebr attitudes (& the TV commentators' awe of them) pretty insufferable. I've spent some time at Stanford and it's a REALLY snooty place, but at least far enough from the Midwest to be avoidable, most of the time. (You understand, of course, I'm only blowing off steam, in envy of programs that actually win and win big.)

I must be in the minority - I actually got my normal seats for the post season. Go Gophers!

I also got my season ticket seats. Happy with how the process worked this year compared to last year.

Season tickets are in 109 row 8. Last year we got chairbacks , center court row 4. This year we got 109 , row 15. Not complaining, still have good seats. Just curious what changed in the selection of seats for this year.

I actually preferred the setup the last few seasons. I had been able to snag some good front row balcony seats. With this new system I have my same old season tickets, so I'm stuck slumming it in my usual third row balcony seat.
