I picked up on this when reading the game news against Mo Baptist! Quote "Today was a good first day of competition for our Husker beach volleyball team," coach Jaylen Reyes said. "We got a lot of great experience for a bunch of players, and also a new head beach volleyball coach. We hope to use the experience gained in this match against Missouri Baptist and take it into our matches in San Diego this weekend." Does this mean that Reyes is the head Beach Coach of the VB team? I’m supposed knuckles isn’t playing the 1 with stivrins, she did play an entire year of only beach volleyball, even more surprised that she’s all the way at the 3s. Maybe it’s for balancing the pairs, or the other girls might just be better

So I wonder if/when we will see other B1G schools start to play in the sand. I am sure someone closer to the staff could give insight as to how much sand has provided for improved play in the fall.

It does not appear any B1G schools are considering Beach. There are a few Power-5 schools in the list though.

Huskers go 1-1 in El Cajon. Won 4-1 against host Grossmont and lost 2-3 to Concordia
