Ayden's commitment was a nice surprise but we could definitely redshirt Harvey on 2025 and be ready by 2026 even with a SR Singletary, JRs Ames and Bunton |

Two confirmations that the class of 2024 is made up of 3 walk-ons and 1 scholarship:
2024 Recruit:
L/DS - Reese Emerick (Austin, TX)
S - Rella Binney (Kailua, HI)
DS - Brennan Ramirez (Waxahachie, TX)
MB - Ayden Ames (Prosper, TX)
First, Texassports only talks about signing one player for 2024:
Second, in Point Texas club, Ames was specifically talked about and then was said at the last minute, "and three others".
I believe just as coaches are not allowed to discuss recruits until they sign their LOI, they are not allowed to discuss walkons* until they are enrolled and start school.
*Because walkons don't actually sign LOI, although they do fake signings (Jhenna Gabriel) and can actually go wherever they please at the last minute if they wish. Or as NIL wishes. But that's another story.

I feel like I missed the initial confirmation that Taylor Harvey was on a visit and attending our home against Cincinnati on Saturday afternoon. Did someone see something out on social media, or was the first confirmation someone seeing her at the match?

Programs can publicize/talk about walk-ons after they’ve been officially admitted and have paid a deposit. |

A picture of her was posted on either this thread, the main one, or the match thread. Andrea apparently walked her to the student section. |
