Alright now I want to know who’s leaving cause the math ain’t mathing 19 players if no one transfers ; 12 scholarship players, 4 walk-on players & 3 super seniors (nil deals)...adds up to me |

On the Super Senior question, right now we will have four - Skinner, Akana, Weenas, and now Rutherford.

It seems likely NONE of our pins will be high school recruits.
JE is doing what it takes to win, but I sure love it when you have 4 (or 5!) year starters like Logan and Asjia who are just the face of the program and represent what it means to be a longhorn from being a little freshie to a super senior
That being said Madi and Fleck were revelations and two of my fave ever, so can’t complain too much about the transfer portal

it's likely we lose a couple players Agree. The question is why haven't we seen outgoing names, other than Reilly and Molly?
There is another portal opening in May. I was wondering....maybe....possibly that the ones that will eventually go (and I believe one or two freshmen who haven't seen the court) are waiting until then first to finish two semesters while on scholarship, helping with credits towards their next school. And oddly, maybe encouraged by the coaches to stick around and go on the May European team trip. I know that players that aren't enrolling until August 2024 will be allowed to go on the May trip (they did that the last European trip).
Anyhoo, just a guess.

maybe the later portal...also some of these indoor players will be playing beach this semester |

Y’all are gobbling that transfer portal right tf on up 😭😭 Imagine if Kentucky still had Madi Skinner along w DeLeye and Rutherford and with Grome running the show LMAOOO 💀 Elliott needs to be worshipping the ground Craig Skinner walks on John Cook giveth, and so does his coaching tree. |
