How valuable is DBK looking now? Think that price tag of getting her to jump just went through the roof...hopefully she holds out and is ready for when Cook decides to hang it up. I certainly hope not. . . DBK has indeed developed into a good coach. . . But If Neb were to hire her we would no longer be a top tier program every year. She has a great assistant in Meske. Sorry |

Sorry Are you under the impression she wouldn't have great assistants if she were the Nebraska coach? She pulled Meske and Chamberlain with her to Louisville and would have a bigger assistant budget at Nebraska. |

Or Nebraska...there is nothing stating Cook isn't going to retire in 3 yrs, and he will surely like to have her back in place before he walks out the door....just saying. He has told the '21 and '22 recruits that he'll be in Lincoln their entire career, and that's not to make them feel better, he's genuinely excited about coaching right now. So that's another 6 years at least. I think he has every intention on going until 70, then monitoring his motivation each year after that. |
