Kraft sounds like a fun character. She seems comfortable in her own skin. "A good talker, I like her" as Punzel says.
A bit afraid of Wisconsin winter, however. My advice... just embrace it! It's an experience.

Just an update, the construction work and landscaping at the Fieldhouse appears to be done. The building and plaza looks better than new, it is flawless. They installed the last big window on Tuesday and the workers appear to have left the site. It is truly worth a visit, you will be amazed. I wish there was an opportunity for a grand opening highlighting the building and appreciation of the improvements. It's beautiful!

Hey Badger Fans. Looks like Dixon is starting for the Gamecocks. I believe they are running a 6-2.

For those of you who have been following the Badgers before 2013, 2010 was probably the low point. 10 years ago today, after going 5-5 in the first half of the 2009 conference season, they went 1-9 in the second half. In 2010 they were 11-0 in nonconference beating such powerhouses as Chicago State.
Then they lost the first 7 Big Ten matches before finally beating Purdue on October 17, 2010.

Out of curiosity... where would you host the event? Madison = Kohl Center (was hosted there before, I think 1998). Capacity is >17,000 Milwaukee = Fiserv Forum (where the Bucks play) Capacity is >17,000

The Monona Terrace convention center downtown and the Alliant Energy Center could both serve as convention hosting spots. Monona Terrace would be better, because it is newer, picturesque, and close to hotels.

NCAA plan for the season. madison.com/wsj/sports/college/volleyball/big-ten-sets-framework-for-rescheduled-badgers-volleyball-season-likely-starting-in-january/article_7b3e1cc2-25cf-54fe-b1ca-d33921d71bfe.htmlBig Ten Conference volleyball teams will play a 22-match, conference-only season during the winter and spring of 2021. The conference’s Administrators Council approved the new schedule format, pending approval of the Big Ten Medical Subcommittee. Matches will be played over 11 weeks, with teams meeting in a two-match series in 10 of those weeks and travel partners meeting in home-and-home matches in one week. Teams will not face two conference foes, based on geography and historic competitive balance. Dates and opponents have not yet been set but the season likely will start the weekend of Jan. 22-24, with the NCAA tournament selections set for April 4. The conference has not set tiebreak procedures for determining the automatic qualifier. The NCAA tournament field will be reduced from 64 to 48 this season, with 32 automatic qualifiers and 16 at-large selections. The final four will be held April 23-25 at a site still to be determined.

So no championship and they are doing two matches for two teams at the same site with 11 weekends with 13 possible opponents, so two left out?
And what do they mean by geographic and competitive "balance."
I pray we get some level heads in charge so we can get this pandemic under control and the season can play out
