SC’s ‘22 class is going to be stacked. Aside from her and possibly (probably) Faumauina, who else do they have? They also have a commitment from Gala Trubint, who is considered one of the top liberos in the class, from San Diego.

SC’s ‘22 class is going to be stacked. When is that not the case? They still have not come close to a title in over 15 years..

Interesting seeing quite a few '22s commit this week when it has become official that there will be an overload of athletes and not enough scholarships to go around in the fall of 2022. "The financial aid of fall sport senior student-athletes who take advantage of the additional year of eligibility and extended clock will not count against team limits in 2021-22." - www.ncaa.org
I thought that the teams would not have to count those students towards their limits. Question remains, will the school want to have the students return for another year - enough to spend the $ on another scholarship.

Right. I mean the 22-23 academic year when the recruits in this thread will be joining their teams. Back to a hard cap of 12 scholarships that year.

How often do Power 5 starters who have a potential 5th year of eligibility decide NOT to come back and just graduate and move on with life?
