We have threads on the top 2021s and 2023s, but we seem to have skipped over the 2022s entirely. What's the scoop with this class? Who are the top sophomores to watch as we roll on into club season? Which coaches are hanging around which courts before we're off to the races on June 15? Here's the PrepVolleyball Frosh 59 for 2018 to start you out. I'll link the Soph 79 when it drops in March. |

Some of the elite players... Middleton Mogridge Faumuina McGinest Wrobel Booth Wucherer Waak Kubik Arizona has quite a few nice hitters in this age group. In addition to Jordan Middleton (who is a stud), keep an eye on Micah Gryniewicz, Tatum Parrott, and Cara Braun. |

Jordan Middleton is probably the best OH coming out of Arizona since the USC player.. forgot her name. Kidding Khalia.

Anyone hear where Mogridge might end up? I just happened to see her on an adjacent court at a tournament last spring and ended up watching the whole match. That girl is an animal, and I mean that in the most complimentary way. There were probably five or more sure fire P5 recruits in that match, but she looked like she was in a completely different league, like she should be playing 17s or 18s as a frosh.

I don't know on Faumunia, she's a true 'tweener. Very skilled and productive though. She should probably focus on setting given her height, but I'm not an expert evaluator. |

Faumunia is probably the best complete player in the class. Hitting is outstanding, but she is probably gonna focus on setting which is the smarter move. Her setting right now is also very good. |

Someone whose name needs a mention is Elia Rubin. She is a great ball control OH with a nice arm. Was on the top A1 team along with Wucherer and Kubik.
