Well, if at least one good thing came from the THUG and the CRIMINAL, Donna Heinel.... it was that Jason got out and scored on a P5 job and is starting to work his magic.

A quick scan (I very well may have missed someone) shows: For 2022 there are still 23 of the top 50 unsigned. #9 ND #28 BC #44 Duke For 2021 There are still 3 of the top 50 unsigned, with the big mystery being where Francis is going. 17 ND 23 Virginia 24 NC 38 ND 49 Virginia

4 of the ten are from California. Kennedy can coach and RECRUIT Because 4 of the TEN FRESHMEN are from Calif.? I understand how he is redefining the program but a class of 10 is going to be quite a crucible. Stress will already be high in general. I have seen a class of 10 once in D3 leagues I have watched over the last 10+ years. But that was a complete demo, BC is not that bad off. Seems like a big number that will be tough to manage.

Volleyball Returns to the Heights CHESTNUT HILL, Mass. -- The 2020 fall ACC slate arrives at the Heights when Boston College hosts Louisville at Power Gym this weekend. Both matches will be streamed on ACCNX. Boston College takes the floor following the most successful season in program history. The Eagles went 20-12 under second-year head coach Jason Kennedy a year ago. BC finished seventh in the ACC with an 11-7 record, both high marks during the program's time in the league, and earned a spot in the National Invitational Volleyball Championship. The Eagles only return two starters this season in senior middle blocker Amaka Chukwujekwu and outside hitter Clare Naughton. Chukwujekwu led BC with a .377 attack rate and 1.01 blocks per set and was second on the team with 2.72 kills. Naughton finished third at 2.70 kills, while adding 1.22 digs and 0.35 blocks per set. bceagles.com/news/2020/10/1/volleyball-returns-to-the-heights.aspx

Just heard about the plans to upgrade the basketball practice facilities with a build out of Power gym. No details yet. Of course none of the articles on this include the word volleyball. For those who don't know the volleyball team plays it matches in the basketball practice gym. Anyone hearing how this might help/hurt(?) volleyball.
