Possible. Wouldn't shock me. Though, with the other firepower Wisconsin has she might not get the chance to be showcased. I have only seen her in the one spring match before coronavirus dominated our lives, but she looked really impressive. She stood out as a prospect as much as anyone I have seen in Madison, apart from Rettke, even those who have rated higher. An impressive athlete with great movement. She is learning a new position for this season. There will be growing pains. So, it would be a surprise but not a shock for her to win FOY. A lot of competition just in the B1G, as usual. The idea that one of the most highly touted recruits in her class, who was recently announced as the youngest player on the Collegiate National Team rostera and is going to defending B10 champs and one of the faves for the NCAA title, would surprise people if she was FOY??? Man, some of you are easily surprised. I get that. But, she is still rated in the teens (I think). I think #13 or #14 in her class. Plus, she is changing positions and is joining a team with a ton of firepower on offense. Surprise? Yeah, a bit. There will probably be players who put up bigger numbers. Shocked? No, not at all.
