If you watch photos from training in many turkish clubs its obvious that a strict protocol is far away from implementation. On the other hand in Itay teams are following more strict approach. In general the upcoming season is hanging on various factors that could lead in a general shut down again. Federations must too avoid such a disaster and they are trying to implement health protocols that won't go so far that by definition will cancel the whole sport. It's a very risky season and time will tell. If things go to wrong direction we will face a financial disaster for clubs, players, people working in the sport. What is the Italian League doing better (more strict) than the Turkish League with regards to safety protocol? Masks, distance in physical training, restrictions to staff. But still is my impression from photos since training sessions have started

It seems some poeple are still angry about Hagia Sophia.
Teams follow the protocols created by federation. Federation gets advices from Fivb and local health authorities(who is in touch with WHO all the time).

THY only has 3 foreign players so all three of them can be dressed and in play or on the bench. It does look like they are shuffling their line-ups in each match so far. I assume tomorrow's match is the big one vs. Eczacibasi VitrA.

Eczacibasi defeated THY 3-0 today. Not sure where to go to find any data but it does look like Ogbogu will be riding the bench in the domestic games. Thompson is starting on the left along with Baladin. Guveli and Arici will be through the middle. Mirković is setting and Aköz is at Libero.
Santana didn't suit up again for THY which has me thinking she is nursing a small injury. She is a vital part of the teams potential offensive threat. I wish we could see footage but the league gets underway in about a month.
I AM SO READY!

Chi bench riding another domestic season is..... uh.... not great She will play plenty, especially in Champions League. She also will likely sub in if Mirković struggles, which she will. It isn't ideal, but it isn't as terrible as it sounds. She also will likely play if Bosković is rested. Having another offensive outlet in Thompson only increases those chances.

I am more excited on how Thompson play as OH. I want to see the data on how she perform in reception and digging. This is just a friendly match. Fb and vakifbank will definitely target her.

If Thompson plays a hell of a season at OH, imagine the possibilities for Tokyo.
