Imagine bringing Nimir Abde-Aziz the brinks truck only to utilize him as a playmaker some day. š He actually did a nice job. I worry about Trentino and if they can recover to get back up into the playoff picture.

Update: Urnaut had to leave Shanghai because China wonāt give him the work visa. He is said to be back with Milano. āHe has antibody, which should be a good thing. But China donāt think soā.

Grozer needs to warm up better. He gets blocked too much early in matches.

Lega Volley InstagramLooks like we will be able to watch Kawika Shoji, Aaron Russell , Micah Christenson and Max Holt 's teams live today and tomorrow! Youtube Live. Been starving for some Men's Volleyball So the production and livetream off YouTube was excellent and I threw it up on my smart tv. Piacenza came out flat for sure and indeed Grozer was not sharp in game 1 but he more than made up for it in game 2 and part of game 3 until he went down with a ankle injury as he was backing up. Antonov came in to replace Clevernot and Botto Iacopo for Grozier and both did very well. It was exciting to see Mousavi get in in game 3 and all of 4 and he is worth the admission. Tons of energy and explosive to the ball. Aaron looked like he rolled his ankle the first or 2nd play of the match but continued on to lead the team offensively and I would assume be the MVP of the match. 19 pts. Piacenza for th etime being moves into 4th place. I will post links for the Youtube matches tomorrow for Christenson (Modena) vs Max Holt (Monza) and K Shoji (Padova) vs Trentino.

Live in 4 hours Trentino vs Padova (K. shoji Monza (M.Holt) vs Modena (M. Christenson) Starts in 90 minutes) So on very short notice the Trentino/Padova match was cancelled. I would assume medical/Covid related Max had a monster match scoring 13 points with 5 blocks and 2 aces in leading Monza to a 3-1 win over Modena www.legavolley.it/match/33735Perugia leads Callipo 1-0 (25-23 Leon doing his thing with 7pts and TJ DeFalco doing well with 3 kills and an ace so far

Since he had been out of quarantine and training with his team, so they all have to go back into quarantine.

I heard last week Shaw had left Piacenza. It was officially announced today by James and the club. Called it. If he wanna continue to play pro volleyball, he needs a heavy dose of reality check about where he stands and where he should start (not restart, start, since he hasnāt started imo) be it Germany, Switzerland or Finland. I doubt he will go to any of these places. So Iām gonna call that heāll just retire.

I think he's still got the talent to compete, but as mentioned before... he needs to be on the court and not on the bench. Spain, Netherlands, etc.
