S - Lang Opp - Westerberg OH - Van Sickle, newcomer MB - Williams, Igiede L - Gong or Hanawahine
That's the lineup for now I would think. But with Ah Mow, you never know. She's not afraid of starting true freshmen if they deserve to be on the court.

We have no idea what kind of training Leoniak has been getting. Maybe the Coach suck at teaching fundamentals and is more of an Xs and Os guy. When she gets here, she will learn from a former Olympian so she will improve. Hopefully, a month of training camp will be enough for her to see the light and play up to her potential.
I wouldn’t count her out so fast. At UH, she will be in the lineup with 2 All Conference MBs so she will probably have more holes to hit through.

Anybody have any highlights on Annika DeGoede? She is a lefty, and a true opposite. We haven't had a lefty in that position since Diana Jessie. wasn't diana jessie right handed? Yes she was right-handed. Sorry, old age kicking in!😂

volleytalk.proboards.com/thread/74503/hawaii-2019?page=5&q=igiedeJust to clarify and I will do it to defend myself. Most of the posters have expressed that Igiede was "slow" based on high school high-lights. Have my opinions changed after her since she arrived after Manoa sure. But the sheer amount of dickr!ding in this thread lol.

Has it been confirmed if Rasmussen is returning? No. Nothing confirmed. A lot of hoping from fans that she does return, myself included

I'd say it seems as though Jolie will return. No guarantees though.
No name in the portal. She would have entered it early if she intended to transfer.
Not announced as a degree recipient per UH press release. It's hard for me to believe she's struggling academically. She was honored as a scholar athlete

Lol Probably need to read every post of mine before August 24 or before the season started and after. To sum it in a sentence or two. She played D3 in Louisiana. Had little to no highlights of her blocking. Anything after was everything but praise. Y'all hanging on receipts for dear life.

I didn’t see all of the match but more efficient hitting and converting junk sets are definitely things Martyna needs to work on.

There is talent on the floor, but these junior teams go back and forth between amazing and amazingly awful in the snap of a finger. And some play that has no business working, can turn the match. UKS Atena Warsaw lost the 1st set badly, trying to be too perfect when all they needed to do was get the ball over the net. Then in set two, #3 for Atena, went on long service runs with her 'jumbo shrimp' float serve. She stood well back of the service line and aimed toward the ceiling. The higher she floated it the better! KS Palac passing went south and never recovered. Back off the expectations a bit, and it's fun to watch.
Leoniak deserves her shot at NCAA DIV-1. She has skills and a heavy arm. If she has a good work ethic, she'll contribute.
