It looks like Martyna's team is playing in the finals of the Polish Jr National Club Champs.
This is Day 1 and Martyna's team is playing in the 3rd game. Martyna is #4 in red.
Side Note: These Polish people are so great with their recordings and live streams <3
*Post match update: Not a great match for Martyna... struggled with passing and couldn't put together a good offense. Maybe she's burned out from all the volleyball? Martyna got yanked several times. She had some really good cracks at the ball but couldn't find the floor.

Still in the camp of seeing what the ACTUAL recruits from the past 2 classes can do. I want to see Robyn’s recruits put their names on the map like Igiede and Hellvig before she left. Even if there are some growing pains in the beginning, which i have no doubt there will be (new setters, new liberos, new opposite, etc) but excited for what the final finished product would be. That being said, a solid transfer Libero with real experience would be great. Don’t know if Gong or Hanawahine will be as good as we will need that position to be this upcoming season. And looking back on the last season, I just don’t think we have the proven talent at the setting position to warrant another no libero 6-2, having a rock who is steady on serve receive is going to be crucial and it needs to be someone other than BVS if she does end up hitting. Hanawahine is good. She was neck and neck with Brooke N at Oregon for the libero position brookes freshman year. FWIW, I remember C-Mac saying in a telecast in 2019 that he thought Hanawahine is the best defensive player in practices.

The coach yanked all the key players at some point. Setter, Opp, the other OH, libero. Except the undersized middles which were mostly a non-factor to begin with. None of the subbing helped, kind of felt it made things worse. Body language wasn't good. Looked like the better team won this one.

Agreed, the team struggled but the other pin hitters seemed to be able to find the floor. Whereas Martyna could not. Junk balls were especially hard for her to handle. Her shanked balls were probably the worst on her team, looked like some of them went to the bleachers. Also agreed on the body language. I still see the potential in her though. Hopefully she can have more of a "next point" mentality at Hawaii.

Day #2 for the Jr Polish Club champs. Martyna's team should be in the last match of the day. Not sure if I'll be able to tune into the live stream or if they will post the recording (1st match had a copyright violation and was banned from the US). Some fill us in on how Martyna does

Not sure if I'll be able to tune into the live stream or if they will post the recording (1st match had a copyright violation and was banned from the US). Some fill us in on how Martyna does Apparently Martyna was the MVP of their match yesterday(?). I found this on the interwebs: UKS Atena Warszawa - BKS Stal Bielsko-Biała 3: 0 (25:15, 25:15, 25:15)
In the last match of the second day of the tournament, the volleyball players from the capital defeated BKS Stal Bielsko-Biała. The advantage of Warsaw players was not threatened for a moment, higher than their opponents dominated the game at the net. The Bielszczanki were cleverly trying to level the chances, but despite the fact that many times the actions lasted a very long time, the vast majority ended in favor of the volleyball players from Warsaw. The main character in their team was the left-handed attacking captain Agata Lesiak. The block game and the organization of the defense game could also be liked. But is it enough to beat the Saturday match for promotion to the four volleyball players from Bydgoszcz?
MVP: Martyna Leoniak

IMO: Martyna Leoniak might be a work in progress when she goes to UH... Not impressed on her defense and offense. I even noticed that their setter did not set her, even tho she where open.

Anybody have any highlights on Annika DeGoede? She is a lefty, and a true opposite. We haven't had a lefty in that position since Diana Jessie. wasn't diana jessie right handed?

EDIT: You're probably right I said she is slow. But that was based on HS highlights.
