Ram needs to game the system to her advantage. I'm glad she's not making the same mistake Shoji did. Agreed. Hope Robyn does away with the scheduling teams just because that team has a Hawai'i player on it. If you're a Hawai'i player that goes to school elsewhere, let your family fly to your school to watch you play, we don't need any SSC reunions that don't benefit the Wahine program. Schedule for RPI purposes. |

I thought Angelica was the one who was in charge of the schedules? Whoever is doing it has been doing a good job of crunching the numbers. What the OOC schedule can tell us is how good Robyn things her team is going to be. That she is scheduling at least 2 (likely) Top 25-30 teams out of the gate says she thinks we'll be pretty good out of the gate next year. (Well, unless the rest of the schedule comes out and it's all cupcakes lol)

Getting back to the J.R. will or will not return subject, I guess until we hear from her or the UH, it is just a guessing game, but on her FB page, it says "left University of Hawaii Manoa 2020". Also it says Studied (past tense) at uh manoa. If true too bad, she was (and is) a difference maker. and one of my favorite wahine.

We will be younger than Hawaii fans Care to admit. Good, but young. Jolie not returning is a very big blow, but we have all the parts to be very good |

Not sure if anyone saw but there was an article about the Shoji brothers in the paper about a week ago talking about them wanting to coach after playing (would be cool to have one of them be a volunteer under Robyn for a year). Article mentioned Dave is now cancer free!

If you could both volunteer for a season or two and possibly be the core group for a men’s professional team based in Hawaii playing in the NVA /VLA that could be HUGE boost for the state. This was a conversation i was having in the men’s thread. Would be the perfect professional Team to represent the islands. Just need that financial investor, doesn’t actually take too much to get going and hosting in Hawaii would be great for a little extra tourist money to bounce back from the pandemic |

Ummm…you haven’t even seen the team play… No jolie, breaking in a new setter, no libero lineup, no hellvig, no outsides that have D1 experience... I m just being realistic... Wayyyyyyyyyyyyyyy toooooooooo many wannnyyyyyyyy questionnnnnnnn that will make me believe that this roster will make it past the 2nd round. |
